Everything arrived in good shape and on expected delivery day. The bed was easy to assemble with very clear instructions and the hardware packet marked the best of any assembly required furniture we’ve purchased. It is sturdy. No squeaking. Three grandchildren jumping around on it with no issues. Very satisfied.

Unfortunately, I cannot say that the Worry-Free Purchase was useful in my case. My order was delayed for a very long time and was eventually lost in transit. Because of that, I feel that I paid for a service that did not provide the benefit I expected.
Although I appreciate that you eventually sent a replacement, the overall experience was frustrating, and I don't believe the Worry-Free Purchase added any real value.

When I first got the mattress I thought it had just needed to be broken in but both my husband and I have decided that the mattress is hard and not comfortable. We wake up and our backs and hips hurt simply from sleeping. We bought a mattress topper and that has helped a little but this mattress is not comfortable.
